Daisy is here...

Both girlies are asleep, why am I not taking a nap?? Oh well, Daisy Maurine was born on September 19 at 9:13 pm. Everything went great...I love having babies. I went into the hospital around 5:45pm and had her 3 1/2 hours later (maybe that is why I love it). She was 8lbs 11oz and 20 1/2 in long. Just perfect all around. She is just as sweet as I could have imagined.
I started to take a nap and had to capture this precious little face in a picture.
What a wonderful feeling, to hold that baby after 9 months of waiting ;)

She is ticked, I can't remember why but I thought it was cute.







Lucy likes to point out that she does have eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. She finds it is hilarious when she sticks out her tongue.

She is doing really great so far with her. I love watching Lucy look at her and get all excited. She loves to lay down beside her when Daisy is sleeping. It is so cute.

    Congratulations, new family! She is gorgeous...must be because I see lots of Lucy in her! There is something so sweet about daddy's with their little girls. Love every minute of this time.

    So precious!! She is adorable. Lucy is so pretty and getting so big:) I am coming out next week to stay with my parents. I would love to stop by and see you if you feel up to it, if not I totally understand. All my visitors finally left Sat. and I am so tired lol!!
